We offer different payment options to suit from Bacs, Cash and Paypal are all accepted and we can offer an account for all regular contract runs (applicable to our regulars - subject to status) T+C's apply.
Our pricing structure is simple, we charge by the loaded mile from A to B, if you have additional collections/deliveries we will still charge by the mile with a small fee for every additional stops, everything is included in the price, the only charge that may not be Included as we cannot predict this - is additional waiting time, you are of course allocated an allowance of 15 minutes from the arranged time before we charge anyway.
If you use purchase order numbers that is no problem either as we can accommodate.

If you have never used us before, we will send an Invoice by email with terms & due date, payment will be required by BACS by the due date unless otherwise agreed.
All account holders: clear payment must be within due date (this includes cheques).
We reserve the right to ask for payment in advance.
We reserve the right to accept any Cash on Delivery jobs at our discretion.
Invoices are raised before, during or after the day of completion and sent by email depending on account status.
We reserve the right to revoke accounts on persistent late payers, and of course you may receive an invoice for late payment under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998 to levy late payment charges, Interest & associated cost of debt recovery if payment is unacceptably late.
Sorry we do not accept payment credit terms of 45/60/90 or even 120 days, we may under our discretion with account holders go as far as 30 days from invoice date and we do have credit control in place.

In the event of late payment we reserve the right under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998 to levy late payment charges, interests & other associated costs of debt recovery & also claim compensation under section 5A of the same Act.
